We are so happy to announce May 2, 2014 as our founding day! We would like to thank every person who contributed to our development. After two years of planning, designing and intense learning, we will formally begin our work creating Inclusion as a fledgling business entity. We created IDEATE to yield vital human experiences necessary for self-actualization and independence including, but not limited to: community-based employment and the development of formalized innovative practices wherein the individuals can cultivate self-selected natural supports.
