ID8 welcomes new Project Director

IDEATE is pleased to feature and announce that Linda Price has accepted the role of Project Director. Linda will be focusing her time and creativity at supporting our urban farming initiative, Cultivate. Linda joined IDEATE in April of 2018 as a job developer. During that time, she changed the game for our self-employed artists by supporting them to promote their work both nationally and internationally.

She came to us from SpARC in Philadelphia where she served as the Director of the Cultural Arts Program. Linda is a life-long advocate for self-determination and the rights of the individuals we support. In March 2019, she served as co-curator for the Art in City Hall Exhibition ‘Hear Me?’ An exhibition dedicated to fostering communication between the Deaf community and the hearing community through artwork that explores the legacy of audism, the history of Deaf culture, and the future of Deaf pride.

And now her adventure with us continues to evolve. IDEATE is so blessed to have her rich talent focused on supporting the development of our urban farming initiative. We are humbled by Linda’s skill and passion for growing things and the men and women IDEATE supports. Congrats, Linda!
