Virtual Reality

Individual Placement and Support is the evidence-based model of supported employment that increases employment rates in adults with significant disabilities. Although this evidence-based practices can work for most, the fact remains that over 80% of adults with significant disabilities remain unemployed. IDEATE will be moving forward supplementing our high-fidelity placement model with virtual reality.

Individuals opting into this intervention will be able to practice interviewing and other vocational scenarios using virtual reality.
